Hi, I am Gabby Koontz, owner of Rendered Homes. I provide design concept and floor plan services, specializing for over 18 years in the kitchen and bath layout and 3D renderings. As a Certified Aging in Place Specialist, I have worked with families creating designs for multi-generational needs. My love for design directed me to become Certified by the National Kitchen and Bath Association and allows me to bring to clients educated planning and guidance.
I can help clients select cabinetry, counter tops, tile, lighting, plumbing, and appliances. It all come together like a great recipe!

I have been working in the industry since 2004 and moved from Pittsburgh, PA to the Shenandoah Valley in 2007. My husband, two children, and I enjoy exploring the valley’s outdoors and getting creative with art. My favorite activities also include volunteering at the local animal shelter and growing orchids.
